    <description>Hold power button and volume up for ten seconds and see if it vibrates.&lt;BR /&gt;Also try holding in the reset button in sim port for ten seconds.&lt;BR /&gt;Connect to charger and leave an hour.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try the above first then if no joy, contact your local support for a device assessment</description>

      <title>Z5 Premium refusing to charge</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone died this morning and since putting it on charge, it hasn't charged up at all. I've done the 2 minute and few second forced shut down reboot things, no response, I've used two different chargers, nada. Anyone have an idea why the phone isn't charging and how to fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
