Double voice during the call

When I am calling to any person to my Xperia z5 dual then front person hearing double voice I have checked deferent network operators but problem as it is. Why?

Kindly suggest any one tell me that why happenings this type problem and what is the resolution.

does this happen when you are on safe mode? feedback usually occurs when you are standing next to the person you are calling

I tryed in safe mode but problam as it is not resolve. when any budy call me or I call any body then voice get return aposit caller or parsone. kindly give any suggetion.

I have the same issue
