Hi There.

USB is not recongnizing also camera, flash, video is not working in my xperia z3+. any solutions for this.

I'm so sorry to hear that. If the software repair didn't help, my guess is that this is related to hardware rather than software.

I'd recommend that you contact your local support team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center where it can be examined further by a technician.

Be aware that the repair at Sony could also fail. So in the end you have just sent in your phone for a couple of weeks and no still no working phone afterwards.

And to open a compact device like a smart phone to repair the phone could also cause damge on the phone. If the repair doesn't work out completely, the damage of the first repair can void your warranty at the second try of Sony. So keep you should better check the status before and after Sony repais precisely!

Last but not least: Don't be surprised that Sony wants to change your display to repair your camera...
