If the SIM is old or defect in any way you may experience these kind of troubles.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would recommend if you have the possibility&amp;nbsp;to try with another SIM card in your phone, if you can borrow one from a friend, colleague or family member or get a new a SIM card.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is no change with another/new SIM card, could you please try and set the phone to GSM only and see if you still experience that you lose coverage/network. To do that go to Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Mobile networks &amp;gt; Preferred network type &amp;gt; GSM Only or WCDMA(3g) Only.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how it goes! &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
