Lost coverage

I bought a new z1 compact. And lost coverage easily. Even in open places or closed places. I live in Spain. Please, help me. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear about that.

As @uliwooly asked, how old is your SIM card that you have in the phone? If the SIM is old or defect in any way you may experience these kind of troubles.

I would recommend if you have the possibility to try with another SIM card in your phone, if you can borrow one from a friend, colleague or family member or get a new a SIM card.

If there is no change with another/new SIM card, could you please try and set the phone to GSM only and see if you still experience that you lose coverage/network. To do that go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Preferred network type > GSM Only or WCDMA(3g) Only.
