I have bluetooth headphone which works very well with every equipment but Sony Z5C.

The set is AWEI 920BL: http://www.head-fi.org/t/795340/affordable-bluetooth-earphones-awei-920bl-vs-960bl-vs-980bl-vs-990bl.

I bought it from Gearbest, it's cheap, supports multipoint and it's quite stable.

I tested it my other devices, namely an iPad air 2 and a Samsung A5 (2016), a Macboook Pro and an assembled tower running linux. In every case sound is very good (even more than good, considered how cheap is this headphone).

With Z5C, some frequencies are distorted even at low volume: any thoughts?

I repaired the phone just few days ago, it happens in safe mode too, I've already cleared the caches, assorted application datas, sound FX data and so on.
