So many problems - started recently - need some suggestions before I factory reset.
Problems are
1. Home screen button not working
2. Swipe down from top giving options of torch, WiFi etc not working
3. WhatsApp, messages, fb etc not displaying icon to show there is a message waiting to be read.
4. Home screen not displaying notification when locked

I've not knowingly changed any settings in the last couple of days, but I've trauled through settings to try and find an answer and I can't.

Other thing, which may or may not be related. My phone keeps prompting me to do a system update, even though ivealready done it afew times

HELP PLEEEEEAAASSSEEE

In all honesty I'll skip the reset and do a software repair if all the issues started after a software update. A repair install a fresh copy of the OS, if during an update some part of the software isn't updated correctly a software reset won't fix the problem, only a software repair will.
