Can you reboot your phone into &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

After upgrading to new firmware of Android.nought the touch screen is not working properly but after downgrading to 6.0 I can get rid from this problem now I can on 7.0 and facing the same problem kindly suggest me at solution&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
