I was downloaded NFS Most Wanted and it requires to download 2 Gb extra files. I was transferred it on SD. At settings it shown as transfered, but it isn't.

How i know data files (extra 2GB) must be in phone memory and without root and others applications impossible to transfer into SD card. So it's not issue. You can transfer only app into SD card, but not data files

By the way i didn't got yet Marshmallow (in which possible to turn on adoptable storage) so if you using this one (i saw Z3 got Marshmallow too), then i'm not sure about transfer data files to SD card. Coz i did not saw how is in it and i can't comfirm that isn't any changes

Hi @EgXzeeT,

Welcome to the community.

Not all app data can be transferred to SD. Some of it needs to remain on the internal storage in order for the app to function. The amount of data that can be transferred varies between apps too. Some apps, you cannot transfer any data at all.

If you are having issues with this game specifically I recommend you contact the application developers.
