Hi dear,the lower half of my xperia z3+ touch screen is not working but top half of screen is working. What can I do now?

It sounds like a physical issue and you may need to contact your Local support team.

Before doing that though, can you see if the same thing happens in safe mode?

Thank u for ur response. I want to know that I have bought that phone from India and I live in bangladesh. I have warranty of my phone. If I want to get free services from Sony Service Center in Bangladesh, will I be able to get free services of my mobile? And another question is what is the menu key of xperia z3+.
