Z5 microphone problem while calling or testing

Hello
My microphone of the Xperia Z5 doesn't work while calling or testing
When I start my camera on video mode it works well
Also using a voice recorder works

I removed all apps downloads that use the microphone
Test still doesn't work
And calling also doesn't
Anyone any idea what this problem can be?
My screen was broken and after repair I turned my phone on and it started updating (it was turned off for about 2.5 months before repairing

you might want to test your phone in >>> safe mode

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test microphone

I tried that and it doesn't work
Negative test results

While I use video 📹 mode then after filming watching recordings back there is sound and that means the microphone works

Time to get it inspected by your Local support
