    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1003605"&gt;@Baiana&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear about the issue you have with the device &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the touch screen is no longer usable, you may be able to use an OTG cable and USB mouse to connect to the handset and unlock it so you can start backing up the handset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Essentially an OTG cable will allow a USB mouse to be used as a virtual cursor, you should see this on the display of the screen when it is connected correctly from here use the mouse to unlock and navigate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My phone broke and touch is not reacting. I can't unlock the phone and I can't get to my contacts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even on Smart Swich it asks me to unlock the device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pls, help!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
