      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class="short_text"&gt;First of all thank you for the following tip&lt;/SPAN&gt;: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;This is an English only forum&amp;nbsp; (This is an English forum only?)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have no working mobile data connection with my Xperia Z5 any&lt;SPAN&gt;more.&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Measures, basic data, settings see the following list:&lt;BR /&gt;- The Internet and MMS settings have been downloaded again. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;- The battery saver mode / STAMINA mode is deactivated &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;- Mobile data are activated / selected at all times &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;- The hook for the data connection is displayed in the status bar &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;- The device is running with Android 7.0 &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;- The device software is currently &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;- O 2 SIM card via helloMobil / Drillisch Online AG&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1001390"&gt;@skyman53&lt;/A&gt;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you're having issues with your mobile data connection &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you have already downloaded the internet and mms settings on your device and are still having issues with mobile data I would suggest contacting your network provider and asking them for the APN settings required for mobile data.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once they have taken you through entering these on your device, restart your phone and try the mobile data again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The same problem has reappeared. I had indeed entered the APN data of the provider and saved them. It worked, but now the data has been cleared by itself. It can not be that you have to enter this data continuously.&lt;BR /&gt;Regards, Peter&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I had the APN settings, required for mobile data, received from my provider and also entered as specified. If I then restart the Z5, the software for the mobile Internet / MMs is deleted and the hook in the status bar disappeared. &lt;SPAN&gt;The APN data are also gone.&lt;/SPAN&gt; I then have to reinstall the software for the mobile Internet / MMs via WLAN connection and the APN data each time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
