I forgot Pattern - how to unlock screen lock without losing data ?

My mobile xperia z3 was broken for months , and I finally fixed it but then I realised that I forgot the screen lock (pattern) and can't use my device.

I already read a lot threads to solve this problem and will share the suggested sultions which I already tried as below :

1- Enter a wrong lock screen pattern five times then select forgot pattern to provide google account information.

Doesnt' work, This way will be valid only for older versions of Android 4.4 and below.

2- Unlock your Android device using https://myxperia.sonymobile.com/

Doesn't work, although my device can be located and i can send sound alert too but each time I select LOCK I got this message " Cannot Lock device,We are currently not able to lock your device; we will send an email when we lock it" .
3- Unlock your Android device using Android Device Manager

Doesn't work - The lock request has been sent and after 1 minute I received a meesage with meaning of " we can't lock your device while it's already secured " .

Please help, I need to remove the screen lock without losing my data.

I had all the needed information for my google account and my device already connected to wifi.

Please excuse my poor English.
