If you have forgotten your screen lock PIN, you have a couple of options. First, if you have registered your device with My Xperia you can log and and remotely change the PIN lock remotely. This will only work if you registered for My Xperia.

If you haven't done this, you would need to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This process will remove the PIN lock on your device but will also wipe the internal memory of your phone, so try My Xperia first.

Also make sure you know your google account details (email and password) for the handset as you will likely be asked for this information after completing the software repair.
