This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Follow the steps given in the blue link, do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this didn't fix the problem, then contact your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and get your phone inspected by a professional. They will decide if it should be fixed or replaced as per your warranty agreement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;does it happen when you are on safe mode? long press on the power off option&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to run xperia diagnotics to see if loudspeakers work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to perform software repair using xperia companion?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Same problem, bottom speaker stopped working since the nougat update, the good thing is that it's a software issue, bad thing is we have to wait till sony notices the problem and roll out a bug free update.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there any chance the mine will be reppace too?i got my phone 2weeks now and had same problem with my bottom speaker sounds like a brokenthing..havent try any water test so im wondering if its software issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
