      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/995589"&gt;@Jz1974&lt;/A&gt;, I'm so sorry for the late reply to your post. &lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/035.png" alt="Slightly_frowning_Face" title="Slightly_frowning_Face" /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the camera set to save photos and videos directly to your SD card? If it is, could you try changing the setting so they are saved to the internal storage of your phone and take a few photos and see if they are being saved?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can change the data storage setting by opening up the camera application &amp;gt; tap on the cogwheel &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Data storage &amp;gt; Internal storage.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You also mentioned that you have cleared cache and data, did you do this for the camera application? If you haven't done it for the Camera application, I'd recommend doing so. You can do that in Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Camera &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if that helps and once again, sorry for the late reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
