The video camera is UNUSABLE!!!

Can someone form Sony please address the issue with video recording please? At current stage the 4k video recording is unusable. The recordings are choppy as **bleep**, loose frames, skip often and regardless of codec used they are basically unusable!!! The phones for $400 can easily record 4k vidoes so I don;t understand why a phone for $950 cnnot handle such simpel task!!!

PLEASE CAN YOU ADDRESS THE ISSUE???

Also I'll add that if you take 4K video with HDR on, you can't upload it to WhatsApp.

I get an error saying

"Failed to process video, please try again later. If you keep seeing this message, please restart your phone."

And no, reboot didn't help..

That's actually not Sony's fault but WhatsApp. It's because HDR can only be recorded in 265 HVEC and WhatsApp does not support this format.
