      <description>&lt;P&gt;Go to Support app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the bottom line choose the middle icon (tests)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scroll down and tap WiFi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It must end after a few seconds with: 'Test passed' and 'Done' in green.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1113043"&gt;@GuidoGui&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Goto your apps (all of them listed)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Swipe from somewhere on the upper side of the screen down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apps will appear&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Swipe rigt to left until you find Support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will find Support. It has a blue question mark on a whitish background.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;And you can have a look at &lt;A href="https://support.sonymobile.com/gb/xperiax/faq/i-cannot-connect-to-my-home-wi-fi-network/" target="_self" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;'I cannot connect to my home network'&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
