I'm sorry to hear this.

I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center as this is most likely related to your devices hardware.

What you can try is to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to rule out anything software related in your device is the cause of this behavior. Note that performing a software repair will completely reset your device so make sure you backup using Xperia Companion your device prior to repairing it.

It's seems like you flashed US firmware and in US market for legal issues fingerprint sensor is disabled. To correct it flash firmware from other region, like GENERIC LAM
