Hi, here's my problem :

I just received my Xperia X. My home WI-FI works good, but I tried to connect to a friend's WI-FI that is a different operator, it's written authentication problem. (I tried several times, writing the password carefully). Does someone have an idea ?

Please try to connect via wps button and tell us if you are getting the same message.

It is a button that helps you connect with the router, without inserting the wifi's password. This button is on the router. So you press router's wps button and then you must go in the wifi settings on your device and select connect via wps. Try this and tell us the results.
