Difficulty manipulating the secreen when chrome browser is used

I have difficulty manipulating the secreen in chrome web browser. It tires me of my phone. I contacted the technical service but I reset my Phone before sending because I was worried about my privacy maybe they did not notice it.It is probable they did not because it runs smoother off for a short time after resetups but soon the problem reoccurs... I need advice. Maybe you will say it can be because of the apps I installed but all my apps are those installed from Google play store. Pls help.

Start troubleshooting by restarting your phone into safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.

How can I find which one is the reason of the problem? You mean I will try deleting them all one by one? Ok I will try it.

The problem continues in safe Mode. I cannot manipulate it properly. WHAT Does it mean?

I have noticed it is the same for other browsers.
