Hello,

I have a Problem with mit Xperia X the screen of it is sometimes Controlling its elf it is realy annoying because sometimes when i use whats app i call someone ore when i open snapchat i open chats with guys i Dont want.. Please fix it..

Did you activate glove mode?

The screen is very sensible when it is switched on.

Hi @FabiJ, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

As @Strampke wrote, make sure that the Glove mode feature isn't enabled in your device. You can enable/disable this in Settings > Display > Glove mode.

If you have a screen protector on your device, try temporarily removing it and see if you experience the same behaviour.

You can also reboot your device in safe mode and use the pre-installed applications for a bit, just to make sure that no downloaded application(s) are the cause of this.
