Hola. Mi entrada de audífonos ha estado fallando, fue repentino y no lee ningún cable auxiliar ni audífonos. Sale un mensaje que dice que no es compatible o simplemente no aparece nada. Lleva ya una semana así y traté de solucionarlo con la reparación del software pero no funcionó, tienen alguna idea que pueda hacer o que le este pasando?

Hi. My headphone jack has been failing, it was sudden and it does not read any auxiliary cables or headphones. There is a message saying that it is not compatible or simply nothing appears. You mentioned you repaired the software but still experience this issue, after performing the software repair did you load all apps/data back on to the phone before testing the aux function or did you test it before loading data?

If you loaded data and apps before testing it, I would advise performing the software repair again and testing before loading anything on to the phone.

If you tested before loading the data I would advise contacting Local support support so they can assist you from here as the handset would likely need to be sent in for repair.
