    <description>&lt;P&gt;I m using sony xperia x (rose gold).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Facing a problem in charging port..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Visited nearby sony service center they told me that port is moved backward thtswhy facing this problem,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i told them to fix this, they told me that my phone cannot be repaired, i have to go with replacement,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the problem is, they are saying&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will get a refurbished model of my phone and it can come in any colour and i have to take that without any choice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I m not getting a new phone and also not getting my colour preferences.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What is the benifit of buying a new sony phone, when there is no use of guarantee&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is a discrepancy between what you expect from your warranty and what the manufacturer has written in its warranty conditions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony is not different here than other manufacturers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before you go on discussing with the service center I advise you to read carefully and see if you can find a clue to get what you want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service center has a policy. If you are able to show them that the is a margin between their statements and the written conditions you can maybe convince them and achieve what you want.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is written is leading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A bit of empathy from Sony can make a big difference as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck and tell us how it ended.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
