At all, got message that the soundapp had crashed. What to do? Done all the suggested things

Hi,

As I don't know what the suggested things are that you did I'll repeat them

First thing to do is test.

- there is the Support App, it has tests for many things

- same app goto settings->about phone->support

- the middle sybol at the bottom of the screen is for testing

- goto safe mode and do the tests also

Nope, when I restart the phone it works fore a while. Then all sound turns off and now withaout telling me the soundapp has krashed.

This started happen after last uppdate.
