I can't disable or deactive Xperia answering machine on Xperia x dual sim.

Hello there.

I've activated my Xperia answering machine for sim 1.

But I can't deactivate or disable this feature now.

I tried these solutions, but non of them has worked:

1- settings > call > deactivating Receive incoming calls.

2- settings > Assist > Xperia tips > never miss a call! > go there

For this one there isn't any option to deactive receiving incoming calls.

3- phone > voice message inbox

Also for this one there isn't any option to deactive receiving incoming calls too.

Additionally my device has the latest updates to now.

What I have to do?

Please help.
