Barometric height jumps for more than 100 meters

I used to own Z3 compact and then I switched to X Compact. Since I use the phone to track my activities I noticed huge difference in accuracy of the barometric altitude. is tehre something wrong with the sensor or it is just a crappy one?

Attaching an elevetion graph of normal hike with only ascent and descent. I use Orux Maps app (same happens with other) and I view gpx in Base Camp.
