Hey i have sony xperia x phone, last night its slipt from my hand after that picked it up and saw that my display screen is not working with touch was also not working but My LCD glass is absolutely fine but unfortunately my display screen and touch has been broken nd its not working at all. ... Will I lose all my things when they replace the LCD display screen?

Hi @Abhishek_Abhay, I am sorry to hear about what has happened.

Service routines vary on a market-to-market basis, so it would be best to get in touch with your Local support to see what it may look like locally should you have your device sent to service.

However, you may use an OTG adapter so that you may connect a USB mouse to your device, and then unlock your device and backup the data. OTG adapters are usually available at electronic stores and once you connect it to your device in one end and a USB mouse in the other end, force a restart of your device by holding down the power- and volume up buttons simultaneously until the device restarts - then use the mouse to access your data.
