      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello friends i have xperia x dual 64gb,its on under warrenty, now facing&amp;nbsp; a problem with display screen down side on the right side a black fog colour appeared, went to authorities service center, they checked the phone and they said we cannot change parts of the display we will replace with refurbush device, problem is only for the display part, then why giving me a refurbished device, iam not able to give the phone due to refurbish,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now what iam saying is what is refurbish device is they giving seconded phone or new, my phone is now 6 month,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please reply me my friend what is refurbish phone,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/993547"&gt;@Naveenchichu&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they have advised the device is refurbished, then it would not be brand new, it would be refurbished.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was this replaced by a service centre you were referred&amp;nbsp;to by &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If so, I would advise contacting the service centre that has replaced your device so they can fully explain the refurbished phone and how this impacts things such as the warranty of your handset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck&amp;nbsp;&lt;IMG class="lia-deferred-image lia-image-emoji" src="https://community.sony.com.mk/html/images/smilies/011.png" alt="Slightly_smiling_Face" title="Slightly_smiling_Face" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Authorised service center said the internal parts is new, but the outside of the body, is used, iam. Worried &lt;SPAN class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":hushed_face:"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":hushed_face:"&gt;😯&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, they not changing display parts, the are chaning to refurbished device, does all sony xperia service center do it like this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
