Hi @Yakik, sorry to hear about this.

Do I understand correctly that you are able to activate Wi-Fi in Settings > Wi-Fi or from the quick settings in your phone but you can't find any networks at all in the list?

If that is correct, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and go to Settings > Wi-Fi > turn it on and see if you able to see/connect to any network when third party applications aren't loaded.

Let me know how it went and I'm sorry if I misunderstood your question.

I've done it before but no result. 
You can see my screenshots, the programm is planted at this state..

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test WiFi

On a side note, check your Clash of Clans

Yes, in safe mode...

It turns in a loop... Indefinitely..
