      <description>Hello.&lt;BR /&gt;I have purchased the amazing X Compact. I added few cash to it to get the RoxFit flip cover whuch is great. But everytime, when I switch the cover to cover the screen during a call, it keeps asking me, Civer detected, please select the cover type, Style Cover, Other Cover. But it keeps asking me every singke call, how to get rid of this?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi again&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/633307"&gt;@Ibraheem_h89&lt;/A&gt;, I'm sorry for the late reply!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have not been able to replicate this behaviour on an Xperia X Compact with the latest software installed and using the&amp;nbsp;Style Cover Touch SCTF20.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;During an active call I closed the cover and talked to the person calling, then I opened up the case &amp;gt; closed the call and there was no "Cover detected" message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So in this case, I would appreciate&amp;nbsp;if you could provide me with a bug report of this occurring&amp;nbsp;in your device and I will make sure to forward it internally.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To do this, follow the instructions below.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1. Go to Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Build number, tap 7 times on the build number.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go back and select Developer options then turn on "USB debugging".&lt;BR /&gt;3. Select Logger buffer size and change it to "4 M".&lt;BR /&gt;4. Restart your phone, then replicate the behaviour.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Go back to Settings &amp;gt; Developer options, select "Take bug report" followed "Interactive bug report".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When the report is ready you will receive a notification. Tap the notification to share it. I suggest you upload it to Google Drive and then choose to share a public link to the upload and include the link in a PM to me! If you could also include your IMEI number in the same PM it would be very helpful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;You can find your IMEI number in Settings &amp;gt; About phone &amp;gt; Status &amp;gt; IMEI information.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance and sorry for the late reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
