NFC crash

My Xperia x performance can not turn on NFC.

Here is screenshots error .

Hi @Tran1, welcome to the community.

This is a bit of a strange one, it looks like something is trying to uninstall NFC services.

Can you please test your phone in safe mode and see if it does the same thing?

Thank you Cameron T, but i don't know how turning phone to safe mode. I tried press and holding the power button + volume down key at the same time then nothing's happened.

hello buddy just press power button and hold after that as you can see power off just press and tap hold power off then u can see reboot to safe mode

What do you mean:

- You did not manage to go into safe mode?

- You rebooted to safe mode and NFC did not work?
