Dear friends? I like to resolve my experience in my phone is cannot be registered in my zim GLOBE in the past days until now mean while i transfer my zim to other Sony Xperia to register in the promo surf cannot be registered my friends I report to the globe office no problem to the zim asking of globe so i try to conversation to you about cannot be registered my zim card globe but in other phones his fast to register in my Sony Xperia X dual nougat cannot be registered my friends please let me help.

I'm afraid that I do not quite understand what you mean, could you please specify it in a bit more detail for me? Do I understand you correctly in that GLOBE is an operator, and that your Xperia X Dual does not recognize a SIM from GLOBE? Do you not get any coverage, or is the SIM not recognized in the device at all? Do you get to enter a PIN for the SIM when you mount it and restart your device?
