Charging very slow and can't connect to PC

Since 4 months ago my Xperia X dual charging very slow with the original cable. But funny thing is my Xperia X dual can do normal fast charge just with my power bank. Until 2 weeks ago fast charge with my power bank doesn't work anymore.

There is a distance between 5 - 6 seconds before charging.

Then i try to connect to my PC companion app to backup my data, i didn't get my MTP pop up. So what can i do is just charge the phone with the very slow charge at my pc. I try to activate the MTP in developer mode and the result still the same.

I try software repair in PC companion app still the same result.

I have tried 3 original sony cable still the same.

My sister also use Xperia X dual same with me but it still can do normal charging and connect to pc companion app.

So what should i do ?

I need to back up my data because my memory almost full

since you've done everything on your side to troubleshoot it, you should get it inspected by your local repair center >>> Xperia Support

I have bad experience with sony repair center here and i think sony phone division has gone from Indonesia.

If i repair the connector will it be fix the problem?

But i think it just a bug, because my MTP didnt pop up like usual

Maybe someone have a problem like mine?
