X Compact USB Connectivity and Charging Issues

Hello

When I connect my phone to the charger the Phone Charges then Stops, Then Charges again Then stops , Then again Starts charging but it continues to charge normaly on the third time.

Although it charges, but it takes a ridiculously huge time to charge. I'm talking about taking nearly 6 hours for a full charge. I've bought the phone on february. And by the way, I'm using the official charger and the usb cable that came with the phone.

Have you tested different wall chargers and/or cables?

I've tried a different charger, but same cable though.

Seems to be hardware issue, either cable is bad, or connector on phone is worn out.

It seems to be an Oreo update problem.... Are you on Oreo ?
