LED notification speed after Oreo

Good morning,

with Nougat 7.1.1 the LED notification was slow enough to be seen.

After Oreo, what I see is just a fast blink, is it possible in some way to have to a bit longer? I remember there was a special menu with this setting, but I cannot recall it.

If I had found the answer on Google, I would have not written here.

I am not looking for an app to manage the light, or to root my phone for something so dumb.

Is there a menu - as administrator or something - where this setting can be done?

Or also, to switch LED off during charge (on night)?

Also the hardware test menu does not have the led test, which I remember I did on Nougat.
