I would recommend that you get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt; team for assistance with having your device sent sent in to an authorized service center for troubleshooting and repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before your device has been examined by an authorized service&amp;nbsp;technician I'm afraid it will be very hard to answer what needs to be done to correct the pixel error on your devices screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it works out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
