      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/58540"&gt;@billbond4&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;may have said why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many apps relying on copywrite protected content subscriptions only allow certain devices full access (rooted devices can have free to view software)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky will probably need to fully allow the device and set streaming quality limits, that's all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As has been pointed out it seems like the app isn't compatible with the Xperia XZ Premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My recommendation would be to contact the app's developer and ask about compatibility with the Xperia XZ Premium. Contact information can usually be found at the bottom of the app's page in Google Play. How can they bring out a phone that costs so much with all this technology that does not support such apps as sky go. Unbelievable can't wait to get rid of this phone now then and go with the phone I should have chosen in the first place. This is first time I've gone with Sony in a good few many years, I shan't be making this mistake again!!!!!!
