~~Lorsque je clique sur l icône appareil photo j'ai le message suivant "erreur inconnue" quelqu'un a t il déjà eu ce problème~~

J ai contacté l assistance Sony qui me renvoie un message bateau du type allez consulter l assistance alors que j ai déjà fait cette rubrique et lorsque je veux utiliser l assistance de l appareil photo celui ci me met appareil désactivé

~~Je voudrais savoir si mon appareil photo est K. O (la torche ne fonctionne plus également)~~
