XZ2 compact mic is not working on Whatsapp Videocalls

XZ2 compact mic is not working on Whatsapp Videocalls, the other participants of whatsapp video cannot hear me, the direct "voice message" in Whatsapp is working.

I also tested with the servicecode *#*#7378423#*#* the secondary mic record very quiet, maybe thats the problem ?

p.s.

It has nothing to do with flip/cover even without cover, same issue.
Phone reset to factory defaults also doesent help
(Sony deveicemanufacturer repair service, checked the phone and said, no issues, everything works well)
Iam not pretty sure, but i guess it appears after android update from 9 to 10
