Missing Notes application

The Xperia x82 H8216 came without the applications: NOTES AND AUDIO RECORDER. What to do?

I have translated your question to English as this is an International forum, please post any replies in English and it will be easier for me and other users to assist you.

Xperia XZ2 does not include any pre installed applications for notes and for audio recording.

Sony has developed a application that you can find here.

Regarding notes, my personal favorite is Google Keep, which you also can find if you go to Play Store and search for it. If you don't like it, i can only recommend you to search for "Notes" and install the one that fits you best.
