      <description>&lt;P&gt;My xz premium screen does not work only at the top, so I can't even scroll down the notification bar, any help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you cannot use your screen then this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="li-content"&gt;Long press the power key and the volume up key at the same time until your device vibrates. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="li-content"&gt;Depending on whether you wish to force the device to restart or shut down, proceed as follows.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV class="sectionheading"&gt;If you wish to force restart the device: Release the keys at this point. The device restarts.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;DIV class="sectionheading"&gt;If you wish to force shut down the device: Continue pressing the keys. After a few more seconds, the device vibrates 3 times and turns off.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;When rebooting push vol-down and keep pushing it for a while.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone will restart in safe mode&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can als try to connect a mouse to your phone with an USB adapter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you can use the mouse to command your device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(as a way of starting into safe mode)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the problem persists in safe mode, then come back and we will guide you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
