Since the updates after Android Pie, one after another, the volume up key, volume down key and now the camera refuse to work.

My phone is very clean. I don't install any software from Google Play. So I can eliminate the posssibility of any inteference from 3rd party softwares.

Tap the camera icon. And I will get an alert saying "cannot start camera. Restart camera or device". To really make the camera work, I need to use fingers to cover the foreground and background censors for a short period, then the camera will show the preview image gradually. I need to do the same if I want to reuse the camera next time.

To make the down volume key work, I need to change the "Use Volume key as" setting of the camera to "Volume". The default value is definitely not "Volume". The build number is 47.2.A.10.28.

I don't find any way to make the volume up key work. But I am pretty sure that this is a software bug.
