      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got a Sony Xperia xz premium and for the last week I've had an ad pop up on my phone that automatically opens up Chrome. I've enclosed a screenshot of the ad.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1251479"&gt;@Horcrux84&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;most likely that's a third party app causing this problem, to test it simply boot in &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008#U348008" target="_self"&gt; safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;, if you don't experience the same issue then it is a third party app, you will have to uninstall app by app until you find the culprit&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for replying I've tried that but still getting it. I've googled it and apparently it's something to do with the Xperia digital clock widget and should be fixed by updating it but I don't know how?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
