Rattle Phone?

Hello all - just figured that phone seems to rattle when knocking on the lower half of the backside. Feels like somethign is wobbeling inside - like the coil for wirelkess charging? Do others have seen same thing or is my phone an exception? Anything to be concerned? Thanks!

I think it's an exception.

Don't pry it open, it will void your warranty.

Send it in.

Use the support app to take up contact with Sony support.

Hope it will be repaired soon.

Thanks - but I am not so sure. This afternoon I had access to at least 2 different XZ2 (different colours) bt same behaviour/rattle. Also found some feedback on other forums anout the same problem. Some think its related to the new vibration system which I doubt. Will continue to monitor/check ...

Quick follow-up - Sony Support confirmed regular product behaviour - the rattling noise is related to the Dynamic Vibration system and nothing to worry about.
