UCH12 or UCH12W charger nowhere available with Bangalore India dealers

Could anyone please help me as I have searched whole of Bangalore for UCH12 or UCH12W charger and none of the authorzied dealers have it. I am borrowing charger from here and there which is not good for my phone 😞

The charger is not available online in India. Please help me

I'm sorry to hear that but since this is a global user based forum, it'll be better to contact your Local Sony directly or check online stores

I don't think that I missed to check with any of the authorized dealer but no luck. Created this thread in a hope that any Sony Rep would look at it and out of pity would help me. Just imagine living with a phone having no charger.

Have already tried the chat option and the Rep directed me to sony dealer locator link. He told that it is what max he can do to help me when I told that none of them has this charger.

Have alreday tried below option:

2. Called Sony Support

3. Chat feature

Hi @Vamalhot,

This is very tricky to help with as this is a Global user based forum and the availability for products/accessories in markets is very specific for in this case the market in India.

I'm not sure if the big Online retailers are available in India, but if they are, you can always have a look there and see if any of the chargers are available.

I'm sorry that we can't be of more help!
