Please help me

I am unable to update my Xperia XZ Premium to the latest version 47.2.A.10.62 My mobile update center shows me the System update.

I can download the update but when i click on install i get an error it says Could not install the new software version. Try again. I tried couple of times downloading the same update but it still doesn't install. I haven't rooted my phone.

Has anyone exprienced this? What can i do for this?

My current Android version is Pie.

The error does not mention any reason

Don't spam the forum like this repeating same posts same thing..

If there is error installing , there might be something wrong with the firmware.. if u can still turn on the phone, back up everything and do pc companion repair to fresh install the firmware which automatically the 47.2.A.10.62 latest available will be installed..
