Touch screen issues

Hello,

I have problems with the touchscreen not working properly (XZ2 H8216 Rev.3).

sometimes it just randomly drops inputs, or it registers multiple for no reason.

Also the phone registering a second tap on a position I'm currently holding is really weird.

Especially the bottom left of the screen reacting if I'm touching the middle of the left side, the upper left does it too, but not that often.

I also noticed that little swipes (a few mm) from right to left (or left to right) when in landscape mode will be registered as a complete swipe to the middle of the screen.

Already send it in for repair & got it back 7 days later with response the response that they couldn't find anything.

The first thing I noticed while using it was it's still doing it.

I was really asking myself the question "Did they even look at it for 1 second, or just wiped it and send the phone back?" while I was reading that, because it happens very frequently, not just like once or twice a day & it's extremely noticeable.

This is my third Sony smartphone & also the third one having issues with it's touch screen.

I had phones from other brands inbetween, they worked just fine, but I decided to try a Sony again & immediately got disappointed.

Does anyone have a working fix for those problems? I tried nearly everything other people with the same issues mentioned in forums, nothing helped & even the Repair Center was no help at all.

I'm having the exact same problem with my my Xperia xz2 compact, and it's taken me five minutes just to get to this screen never mind typing it. I'm completely annoyed by this and support need to come up with a way to fix this I still have a year on my contract ff
