Where can I get the app for the Xperia Xz Premium? Is it supposed to come installed on the device?

yes, it should be. Otherwise download amazon underground app from google's browser and find it.

Is somebody else having problems downloding videos from prime video to the SD card? Amazon music also seems to have problems on my XZP - reformatted and app access rights are set.

I'll search around if I have another SD card anywhere but other apps seem to work right so far.

try to clear amazon app cache. settings>apps>amazon>clear cache. restart your device

Already did that, reformatted the card and so on - the audible app for example can write to sd without problems seems to be only Prime Video and Amazon Musik which have the problem 😕

I'll try reinstalling the Musik app I think I got it from the play store not Amazon underground but I'm not 100% sure.
