Big problem: No option menu item to save/export/backup/import contacts list

I have a Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium light blue and this thing doesn't have any such option to export/backup/save/import contacts list.

This problem is a red flag for me because I have a ton of contacts in my list to transcribe them all!

Worse, I need a response now!

There's no Sony store nearby and employes at Vodaphone don't know why the option menu item is just not there!

There's always been that option...

I have had the phone since the first day it was released.

Currently it's in the contact app->top left settings menu->settings->thris and forth buttons from the bottom, import and export.

You were probbly in the dialer app not contacts.
